In-stock items will take 5-15 business days to ship. Pre-orders are made-to-order and it takes 7-9 weeks to ship. All items are individually hand-packed one by one. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
RETURNS
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are accepted because of the high demand and limited availability.
If you believe I made a size/color/quantity error on your order please contact admin@vwoollostore.shop within 7 days of the item being delivered. Please include the order number.
UNCLAIMED PACKAGES
If Route is added at checkout, your package will be protected and insured against unfortunate circumstances during shipping. You can securely file claims and it will be reviewed for approval for a refund within 24-48 hours.
